By visiting our website and/or purchasing any goods or services from us you are engaging in our services (hereinafter referred to as ‘Services’) and by virtue of such engagement you agree to be bound by the Terms.

The Terms extend to any new tools or features added to the website.


Wyte Wolf reserves the right to amend, revoke or replace any part of the Terms and at any time in its sole discretion.



By visiting our site and engaging in the Services you represent that you are of legal age as defined by the relevant legislation and/or regulations applicable in the jurisdiction you are using the website.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Wyte Wolf does not accept Liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by this website, or any website associated, referenced or linked to this website.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We do not accept liability and/or responsibility for information made available on this site and which happens to be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to change the prices for all or any of your products at any time and in our sole discretion and without any prior notice. This includes but is not limited to items that have been discounted or subject to a promotion or special offer.

We also reserve the right to revert sales items back to their original price and or to a different sale price.




Wyte Wolf makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the website. However, Wyte Wolf cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.


Wyte Wolf does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.




Wyte Wolf reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (e.g. not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity etc.). Wyte Wolf will make all reasonable effort to contact you on the details provided with the order and all monies received will be refunded using the original payment method.


On receiving an order the subject of the Services, you are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is your responsibility to notify Wyte Wolf, as soon as possible.


You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.




We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.


You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Our social media pages are a place of inspiration and encouragement for women all around the world, to live their best lives. While we do our very best to read and respond to as many comments as possible, please understand at times this may not be the case. If your enquiry is urgent or if you would like to discuss a matter further, please contact us via the contact us link and we will respond to you as soon reasonably practicable.


If you tag any images with any of our brand social media handles you are voluntarily submitting the content and give Wyte Wolf the unrestricted right to use, in any capacity without limitation and compensation.


Wyte Wolf, in its complete discretion, reserves the right to remove posts it considers offensive, irrelevant, hurtful or spam. Promotion for commercial services will be removed unless prior permission has been received.




In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Wyte Wolf reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Wyte Wolf will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.




The Service and all products and services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.


In no case shall Wyte Wolf, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.


Where the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not recognized and/or restricted our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.




You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wyte Wolf and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.




These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.





The nominated currency used for all transactions on the website is Australian Dollars (AUD$) and includes a 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax). This is applicable to all orders containing an Australian address.


When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST.







To offer you Afterpay’s payment options, we will pass to Afterpay certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, for Afterpay to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Afterpay’s Privacy Policy.





All orders will be processed and delivered between Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.


While we always aim to deliver by the date shown to you at checkout, we’re unable to 100% guarantee that you will receive the order on the date and time selected. Rest assured, we will keep you updated via email on any changes to your ETA.


Delivery: within Australia


Wyte Wolf uses Australia Post for all of its shipping Australia wide. Wyte Wolf reservices the right to change and/or use an alternative or additional shipping provider at any time it wants and at it’s sole discretion.


Orders over $150 AUD will include free shipping.


Order for $150 and under will be at a cost of $x,


Please allow for 2-3 days shipping during the week, longer during peak periods. However, these are based on estimated timeframes provided by Australia Post and may be longer during busier period, such as Christmas.

Delivery: International


Wyte Wolf ships to most destinations around the world via Australia Post. If you wish to order any Services for delivery outside Australia please contact info@wytewolf.au for information regarding International shipping including but limited to shipping costs.


Wyte Wolf does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We recommend international customers check with their countries customs office prior to ordering, with regards to understanding.


Duties and Taxes are non-refundable as they are required for import by the Governmental body of your country and Wyte Wolf does not collect or handle these fees.


Acceptance of Goods


On receipt of your order, you are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is your responsibility to notify Wyte Wolf, as soon as possible and to comply with the Terms insofar as it relates to the return of the goods the subject of the order.




Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your Order if you wish to exchange. Items received outside this time period will not be accepted. For all orders delivered within Australia you are deemed to have received the order within three business days of confirmation that the order has been shipped.


All sale, discount, and swimwear item/s are non-refundable or exchangeable. Including items purchased through promotion. Shipping costs are non-refundable


Conditions of Return:

Original receipt must be obtained as proof of purchase.

Items must be returned with tags attached and in its original condition and packaging.

We can accept returns if the tags have been removed as long as the tags are still within the original garment bags, our team can reattach these. If you have misplaced the tags, please contact us prior to processing a return.

Returns will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed or altered.

We DO NOT offer refunds, unless item is deemed faulty, but will happily exchange the size or give a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

No refunds are issued unless items are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of ‘wear and tear’ are not considered to be faulty.


In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. All returns/exchanges/refunds are subject to quality inspection by Wyte Wolf management and final decisions are made at their discretion.

Afterpay Returns:


The full Afterpay transaction must be completed prior to a return. Upon return, the full amount of the transaction will then be credited.

Procedure for Returns:

Email us on the contact details provided on our website to have your return approved.

Fill out the returns form included in your online order packaging.

Post the package back at the address provided on our website with the item for exchange/credit with the completed returns form. Returns/exchange shipping is at the expense of customer.

If you are requesting an exchange, please include a postage satchel for us to send back the exchanged item (size appropriate).

If you are requesting a credit note, we will contact you at the time of your credit spend for postage costs ($9.95).

Stock Availability- If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel or refund the item ordered that is unavailable.


Missing Parcel


Wyte Wolf is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items in the post. You will need to address this issue with your selected courier.

Repair, replacement or refund

Pursuant to your rights under law, you can ask a business for your preference of a free repair, replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. If you have a minor problem with a product or service, the business (Wyte Wolf) can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If the problem with a product or service is minor, you must accept a free repair if the business offers you one.
